You might be wondering why we are running InlineStyle based on a Ko-Fi subscription instead of a dedicated subscription and payment gateway.
We chose Ko-Fi because we wanted to make clear that InlineStyle is not a for profit business at its core,
we run the services for the community and we appreciate anyone who wants to help us running those services by funding us via a Ko-Fi subscription.
As a thank sign we provide some perks in the form of extra services available only to our backers.
This models is a constant reminder for us that our mission is to offer a low friction experience of OpenSource and Fediverse services to as many people as possible, to show that there are valid and effective options outside of big businesses monopolies.
